Creeks & Chords
Swimming holes by day, live pickin' by the fire at night.
Clear creek water. Wildflowers. A guitar tuning up by the fire.
Founding Season
Spring in Dripping Springs: limestone creeks running clear, wildflowers doing their thing, and evenings that smell like cedar smoke. Days are for the swimming holes and easy creek walks; nights are for the campfire and live acoustic music from local pickers. Cabins are simple and solid — real beds, porches, room to spread out. No spa robes. No green juice. Just water, music, and quiet.

At this weekend it's a secluded private 3/4 tent near the water — quiet, natural, intimate without being sexual, premium without pretentious — for optional massage or Reiki sessions. This weekend's questions
Good to know
What are the swimming holes like in March?+
Clear, cool, and gorgeous — limestone creeks at their spring best. The water's brisk but very swimmable, and the banks are perfect for sitting with your feet in. Nothing is mandatory; the creekside chairs count as participation.
What kind of live music?+
Local acoustic pickers around the Saturday campfire — guitar, fiddle, the occasional harmonica. It's a front-porch set, not a concert: request-friendly, singalong-encouraged, done by the time the fire burns low.
How far is the drive?+
Easy — Dripping Springs is under an hour from most of Austin and about 90 minutes from San Antonio. We run a ride board so you can split gas.
