Warm sunset light over calm open water

Wimberley, Texas · Oct 16–18, 2026 · Blanco River Basecamp

Unplug at the Blanco

Three days of river water, campfire smoke, and no group chat.

Cypress shade. Cold water. A porch chair with your name on it.

Founding SeasonFounding Season — join the list

Our flagship reset. You roll in Friday fried from the week, and by Saturday afternoon you're floating the Blanco with nothing to answer to. Cabins are real beds with real roofs — bunks, porches, ceiling fans. Days are loosely structured: a morning hike, an afternoon swim, an evening around the fire. Nobody makes you share your feelings unless the brisket does it for you.

Founding Season. Oct 16–18, 2026 is a sample weekend shown while we lock real dates — holding spots is free and never promises a confirmed seat yet.

Coming with Founding Season retreats

THE WATERLINE SANCTUARY — secluded bodywork, not spa day

A private treatment space in canvas and natural materials — soft natural light, privacy screens, fresh air, trees and water nearby, natural sounds. At this weekend it's a secluded private 3/4 tent near the water — quiet, natural, intimate without being sexual, premium without pretentious — for optional massage or Reiki sessions. Vetted local practitioners, scheduled and pre-booked, consent-based, purely relaxation and wellness (never medical), limited availability. Not available yet — note your interest when you book and we hold a slot in mind for you.

This weekend's questions

Good to know

I've never done anything like this. Will I fit in?

That's who we're building this for. GTFO weekends are built for arriving alone — no partner, no crew, no experience needed. If you can sleep in a bunk, eat around a fire, and float in a tube, you'll fit in fine.

Is the river swim mandatory?

Nope. The Blanco in October is lovely, but the porch, the hammocks, and the coffee pot are all valid all-day choices.

What's the phone situation?

Signal is spotty and we keep it that way. There's emergency contact info for your people, and a landline at basecamp. Everything else can wait.
